Regulation 1 Citation and application.

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Reorganisation and Winding-up of Insurance Undertakings) Regulations 2003.

(2) These Regulations apply to reorganisation measures adopted or winding-up proceedings commenced on or after 29 April 2003.
