Regulation 27 Administrators and liquidators.

(1) The appointment of an administrator or liquidator to an insurance undertaking authorised by the Bank shall be evidenced by a copy of the court order or notice of appointment under the Companies Acts or Insurance Acts, as the case may be, and a translation of the relevant document into one of the official languages of the Member State within the territory of which the administrator or liquidator wishes to act shall be made available by the administrator or liquidator if required by the competent authorities of that Member State.

(2) The appointment of an administrator or liquidator to an insurance undertaking authorised in a Member State other than the State shall be evidenced in the State by a certified copy of the original decision appointing him or her or by any other certificate issued by the competent authorities of that Member State, accompanied, in the case of a certificate not in the English language, by a certified translation into English.
