The liquidator of an insurance undertaking authorised by the Bank shall publish an extract from the decision to commence winding-up proceedings in the Official Journal of the European Communities, including the following information:
(a) the name of the competent authority;
(b) the name and address of the liquidator;
(c) the legislation applicable to the winding-up.
