Regulation 28 Registration in a public register.

(1) The registrar of companies shall, if requested by the administrator or liquidator appointed to an insurance undertaking authorised in a Member State other than the State, or by any other authority duly empowered in that other State, register a reorganisation measure or the decision to commence winding-up proceedings.

(2) The administrator or liquidator appointed to an insurance undertaking authorised by the Bank shall, if so required by the law of a Member State other than the State, take all the measures necessary to register a reorganisation measure or the decision to open winding-up proceedings in the land register, the trade register and any other public register kept in that other Member State.

(3) The costs of the registration referred to in paragraphs (1) and (2) shall be regarded as costs and expenses incurred in the reorganisation or winding up proceedings.
