(1) A holder of a licence or authorisation under section 9A shall publish statements in respect of the business to which the licence or authorisation relates in such form and manner and at such times as may be specified by the Bank from time to time for the purpose of the performance of its statutory functions.
(2) Different forms may be specified by the Bank for the purposes of this section in relation to different holders of licences or authorisations under section 9A.
