52. Amendment of Moneylenders Acts, 1900 and 1933.
(1) The Moneylenders Acts, 1900 and 1933, shall not apply in relation to the holder of a licence or a trustee savings bank certified under the Trustee Savings Banks Acts, 1863 to 1965.
