31Q. Publication of business statements by holders of Class 1 authorisations

A holder of a Class 1 authorisation shall publish statements in respect of the business to which the authorisation relates in such form and manner and at such times as may be specified by the Bank from time to time for the purpose of the performance of its statutory functions.
