13. Establishment of Charities Regulatory Authority.

(1) There shall stand established on the establishment day, a body which shall, subject to subsection (2), be known as an tÚdarás Rialála Carthanas or in the English language the Charities Regulatory Authority (in this Act referred to as the "Authority"), to perform the functions conferred on it by this Act.

(2) The Authority may, for operational purposes, describe itself as An Rialálaí Carthanas or in the English language the Charities Regulator.

(3) The provisions of Schedule 1 shall have effect in relation to the Authority.
