In section 23(1), by the deletion of the words ", with the previous consent of the Attorney General,".

In section 24, by the deletion of the words "without obtaining the consent of the Attorney General".

In section 25, by the deletion of the words "other than the Attorney General,".

In section 53, by the deletion of the words "except the Attorney General".
