22. Substitution of section 28 of the Principal Act.

The Principal Act is amended by substituting the following section for section 28:

"28. Filling of vacancy in office of Director.

As soon as practicable after an appointed Director ceases to hold office, the Minister shall appoint a person to fill the vacancy.".
