In paragraph (1), delete the definition of “Director” and insert the following:
   

“ 'Bank' means the Central Bank and Financial Services Authority of Ireland;”.

(a) In paragraph (1), substitute “Bank” for “Director”;
   

(b) in paragraph (1), substitute “it” for “he or she”;
   

(c) in paragraph (2), substitute “section 8M” for “section 7”.

3.

Regulation 5

Substitute “Bank” for “Director”, wherever occurring.

4.

Regulation 7

Substitute “Bank” for “Director”.
