(a) In sub-Article (1), insert the following definition after the definition of “Regulations of 1991”:
   

“ 'Bank' means the Central Bank and Financial Services Authority of Ireland;”;
   

(b) in sub-Article (1), delete the definition of “the Minister”.

Substitute “Bank” for “Minister”, wherever occurring.
