(a) In paragraph (1), insert the following definition after the definition of “associated undertaking”:
   

“ 'Bank' means the Central Bank and Financial Services Authority of Ireland;”;
   

(b) in paragraph (1), delete the definition of “Minister”.

Substitute “Bank” for “Minister”, wherever occurring.
