Regulation 64 Bank to give notice of proposed withdrawal of authorisation
When the Bank proposes to withdraw the authorisation to operate a regulated market or to apply to the Court for an order to revoke the authorisation to operate a regulated market, the Bank shall -
(a) serve notice on the operator of the regulated market of its intention, and
(b) state its reasons in the notice.
