1. An offence under section 1 of the Prevention of Corruption Act 1906 (No. 34 of 1906).

4. An offence under section 4 of the Criminal Law (Rape) Amendment Act 1990 (No. 32 of 1990) in so far as such offence is an offence referred to in Article 5 of the Directive.
5. An offence under section 6 of the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences) Act 1993 (No. 20 of 1993) in so far as such offence is an offence referred to in Article 5 of the Directive.
