48. Proof of external order, etc.

(1) On the hearing of an application to the High Court under section 46 of this Act for the making of a confiscation co-operation order, or under section 47 of this Act for the making of a forfeiture co-operation order, a certificate signed by, or with the authority of, a judge of the court which made the external confiscation order or the external forfeiture order in question and recording the making of the order or the giving of any evidence or information in the proceedings leading to the making of the order, shall be admissible as evidence of the making of the order or of any fact contained in the evidence or information without further proof.
