Where the High Court has made a confiscation order by virtue of section 13 of this Act, the court shall, in respect of the offence or any of the offences concerned take account of the following, namely:
(a) any fine imposed on him,
(b) any order involving any payment by him, or
(c) any forfeiture order made under section 30 of the Misuse of Drugs Act, 1977, or under section 61 of this Act.
