Regulation 50 Omission of Part 2B of Schedule 2 to the Act (regulated activities relating to the setting of benchmarks)

In Schedule 2 [Part 2B of Schedule 2 to the Act was inserted by section 7(5) of the Financial Services Act 2012. There are other amendments to Part 2B of Schedule 2 but none is relevant to these Regulations.] to the Act (regulated activities relating to the setting of benchmarks) omit Part 2B.
