Regulation 55 Amendment to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Professions) (Non-Exempt Activities) Order 2001

Article 4 [Article 4 was amended by S.I. 2001/3650, S.I. 2004/2737, S.I. 2006/1969, S.I. 2012/1906, S.I. 2013/1773.] of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Professions) (Non-Exempt Activities) Order 2001 [S.I. 2001/1227.] is amended by inserting, after paragraph (h) -

"(i) article 63S (administering a benchmark).".
