The following provisions of the RAO are revoked -

(a) article 63O (specified benchmarks);

(b) article 63P (publicly available factual data and subscription services);

(c) article 63Q (administration of a specified benchmark by the FCA);

(d) article 63R (Schedule); and

(e) Schedule 5 (specified benchmarks).
