Regulation 67 Amendment to the Act

In subsection (3) of section 293 [Section 293(3) was amended by paragraph 10(2) of Schedule 8 to the Financial Services Act 2012 and by S.I. 2017/1064.] of the Act (notification requirements), for "under", in the second place where it appears, substitute "for the purposes of".
