Regulation 1 Citation and Commencement

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the European Union (Protection of Consumers in respect of Timeshare, Long-term Holiday Product, Resale and Exchange Contracts) Regulations 2011.

(2) These Regulations come into operation on 23 February 2011.
