Regulation 19 Credit Agreements

Without prejudice to Regulation 18 of the European Communities (Consumer Credit Agreements) Regulations 2010 (S.I. No. 281 of 2010), where the price under a regulated contract is fully or partly covered by credit granted to the consumer by the trader, or by a third party on the basis of any arrangement between the third party and the trader, the credit agreement shall be terminated, at no cost to the consumer, where the consumer exercises his or her right under these Regulations to withdraw from the regulated contract.
