Regulation 26 Revocation

The following are revoked:

(a) The European Communities (Contracts for Time Sharing of Immovable Property-Protection of Purchasers) Regulations 1997 (S.I. No. 204 of 1997), and

(b) The European Communities (Contracts for Time Sharing of Immovable PropertyProtection of Purchasers) (Amendment) Regulations 2000 (S.I. No. 144 of 2000).
