Regulation 25 European Communities (Distance Marketing of Consumer Financial Services) Regulations

Regulation 17 of the European Communities (Distance Marketing of Consumer Financial Services) Regulations 2004 is amended by the substitution of the following for paragraph (b) thereof:

"(b) credit agreements cancelled in accordance with Regulation 19 of the European Union (Protection of Consumers in respect of Timeshare, Long-term Holiday Product, Resale and Exchange Contracts) Regulations 2011.".
