Regulations 10 to 13 do not apply to or in relation to -
(a) credit agreements cancelled under the conditions of Regulation 8(1) of the European Communities (Protection of Consumers in respect of Contracts made by means of Distance Communication) Regulations 2001 (S.I. No. 207/2001), or
(b) credit agreements cancelled in accordance with Regulation 19 of the European Union (Protection of Consumers in respect of Timeshare, Long-term Holiday Product, Resale and Exchange Contracts) Regulations 2011.
