Regulation 8 Additional information requirements not affected

If any law of the State regulating the provision of financial services requires a supplier of a financial service, before entering into a contract with a person for the provision of that service, to give information additional to that required by these Regulations, that law continues to apply to the supplier irrespective of the requirements of these Regulations.
