Regulation 18 Other laws not affected by the operation of this Part

Nothing in this Part affects the operation of any other enactment or statutory instrument that governs the cancellation, termination or non-enforceability of a distance contract for the supply of financial services or the right of a consumer to perform an obligation under such a contract before the time fixed by or under the contract.
