Regulation 20 Contracting out of obligation or denial or rights under Regulations not binding.

Any clause of a contract whereby a consumer renounces the consumer's freedom or rights under these Regulations or whereby a trader is freed from the trader's responsibilities arising from these Regulations shall not be binding on the consumer.
