The Bank may require an industrial assurance company to furnish to it, in addition to the information which every such company is required to furnish under the Act of 1909, all or any of the particulars mentioned in the Second Schedule to this Act, together with such explanations as it considers necessary to satisfy itself whether an industrial assurance valuation complies with the provisions of this Part of this Act relating to such valuations.
