(1) A collector employed by an industrial assurance company shall not be a member of the board of directors of such company and shall not hold any other office (except the office of superintending other collectors of such company within a specified area) in such company.
(2) A collector (including a person holding the office of superintending other collectors) employed by an industrial assurance company shall not attend or be present at any meeting of such company.
