Regulation 9 Certificates: unit trust schemes

In section 246 (certificates), in subsection (1) [Section 246(1) was amended by paragraph 9 of Schedule 18 to the Financial Services Act 2012.], for the words from "enjoy" to "instrument" substitute "be a UK UCITS".
