Regulation 22 Winding up or merger of master UCITS: contractual schemes

(1) Section 261Z [Section 261Z was inserted by S.I. 2013/1388.] (winding up or merger of master UCITS) is amended as follows.

(2) In subsection (2)(b), after "convert into a" insert "UK".

(3) In subsection (4)(b), after "convert into a" insert "UK".
