Regulation 13 Winding up or merger of master UCITS: unit trust schemes

(1) Section 258A [Section 258A was inserted by S.I. 2011/1613. Subsections (2)(b) and (4)(b) were amended by paragraph 9 of Schedule 18 to the Financial Services Act 2012.] (winding up or merger of master UCITS) is amended as follows.

(2) In subsection (2)(b), after "convert into a" insert "UK".

(3) In subsection (4)(b), after "convert into a" insert "UK".
