(1) Section 261D [Section 261D was inserted by S.I. 2013/1388. There are amendments but none is relevant.] (authorisation orders) is amended as follows.

(2) In subsection (5) -

(a) omit "or another EEA State";

(b) for "country in which it is incorporated" substitute "United Kingdom".

(3) For subsection (6) substitute -

"(6) The operator and the depositary must each have a place of business in the United Kingdom.".

(4) Omit subsection (7).
