Regulation 14 Cancellation of authorisation on application of reinsurance undertaking

(1) The Bank may, on the application of a reinsurance undertaking established in the State, cancel the undertaking's authorisation. The application must be accompanied by the undertaking's authorisation.

(2) A reinsurance undertaking whose authorisation is cancelled under this Regulation or under a provision of a corresponding law of another Member State ceases to be entitled to carry on a reinsurance business in the State and in every other Member State.
