(1) Section 33AK of the Central Bank Act 1942 (as inserted by section 26 of the Central Bank and Financial Services Authority of Ireland Act 2003) is amended -
(a) in paragraph (h) of the definition of "Supervisory Directives" in subsection (10), by substituting "2005)," for "2005);" and
(b) by inserting the following paragraph after paragraph (h) of that definition:
"(i) Directive 2005/68/EC of 16 November 2005;".
(2) Part 2 of Schedule 2 to the Central Bank Act 1942 (as substituted by section 31 of the Central Bank and Financial Services Authority of Ireland Act 2003) is amended by inserting the following item at the end of the Part:
