Regulation 70 Minister to notify European Commission of difficulties encountered by reinsurance undertakings in establishing or carrying on business in third country

(1) As soon as practicable after becoming aware that an authorised reinsurance undertaking established in the State is encountering difficulties in establishing itself, or to carrying on reinsurance business, in a third country, the Bank shall notify those difficulties to the Minister.

(2) The Minister shall, without delay, inform the European Commission of any difficulties notified in accordance with paragraph (1).
