(1) If the Bank considers it appropriate to do so, it may require an auditor of a reinsurance undertaking or SPRV to provide it with such information as it may specify in relation to the audit of the business of the undertaking or SPRV. The Bank may also require that, in providing any such information, the auditor must act independently of the undertaking or SPRV.
(2) The auditor shall comply with such a requirement as soon as practicable after being notified of it.
