Regulation 67 Bank to ensure obligations of European Communities under international agreements are complied with

The Bank shall ensure that action taken under these Regulations accords with the obligations of the European Communities under every international agreement (whether bilateral or multilateral) that governs the conduct of reinsurance business or reinsurance undertakings.
