30. Further provisions in relation to regulations.

(1) The Minister may make regulations in relation to any matter referred to in this Act as prescribed or to be prescribed.

(2) Different regulations under subsection (1) may be made in respect of different classes of matter the subject of the prescribing concerned and for different circumstances or classes of circumstances in relation to such different matters or different classes of matters.

(3) Regulations under this Act may contain such incidental, supplementary, consequential and transitional provisions as the Minister considers necessary for the purposes or in consequence of, or to give full effect to, such regulations.

(4) Every regulation made under this Act shall be laid before each House of the Oireachtas as soon as may be after it is made and, if a resolution annulling such regulation is passed by either such House within the next 21 days on which that House has sat after the regulation is laid before it, the regulation shall be annulled accordingly but without prejudice to t
