39. Amendment of section 1(1) of Act of 2003.

Section 1(1) of the Act of 2003 is amended -

(a) by inserting the following definition after the definition of "employer":

"'foreign national' means a non-national (within the meaning of the Immigration Act 1999);",

and

(b) by deleting the definition of "non-national".
