Regulation 62 Bank to provide certain information to ESMA.

Until the issuance of the opinion of ESMA referred to in point (a) of paragraph 1 of Article 68 of the Directive, the Bank shall, on a quarterly basis, provide ESMA with information on the alternative investment fund managers that are managing or marketing alternative investment funds (or both) under its supervision, either under the application of the passport regime provided for in these Regulations, or under their national regimes.
