(1) Section 2 (2A) of the Central Bank Act 1942 (No.22 of 1942) is amended by inserting "and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No. 231/2013 of 19 December 2012, Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 447/2013 of 15 May 2013 and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 448/2013 of 15 May 2013" after "and (EC) No. 924/2009".
(2) Part 2 of Schedule 2 to the Central Bank Act 1942 is amended by inserting the following after item 52:
