Schedule 7 Requirements for holding of client money and investment instruments

(The requirements in this Schedule apply to the provision of Individual Portfolio Management Services)

(1) Client money requirements imposed by the Bank on an authorised management company may include requirements or conditions under which management companies may hold money or investment instruments, or both, for clients. Such requirements or conditions may cover

(a) the category of management company to whom such requirements or conditions apply;

(b) the type or types of accounts to be opened and kept by a management company arising from its business as a management company;

(c) the rights, duties and responsibilities of a management company in relation to money and investment instruments received, held controlled or paid by it arising from its business as a management company, including the lodgement to and withdrawal from a client account of client money and client investment instruments

(d) the acknowledgements or statements to be. issued by a management compa
