Regulation 82 Offering of simplified prospectus to investors before contract is concluded and availability of prospectus and the latest published annual and half-yearly reports.

Revoked from 1 July 2011

(1) The simplified prospectus must be offered to subscribers free of charge before the conclusion of the contract.

(2) In addition, the full prospectus and the latest published annual and half-yearly reports shall be supplied to subscribers free of charge on request.
