(1) Subject to the provisions of this Regulation and of Regulation 59, a company shall, if requested to do so by a shareholder, repurchase such of the shareholder's shares as may be requested by the shareholder.
(2) Shares which have been repurchased under Regulation 32 shall be treated as cancelled and the amount of the company's issued share capital shall be reduced accordingly.
