The UCITS may commence marketing its units in the State at the expiry of two months after the requirements of Regulation 88(2) have been complied with unless the Bank establishes, in a reasoned decision taken before the expiry of that period of two months, that the arrangements made for the marketing of units do not comply with the provisions of Regulations 90 and 92.
