Regulation 57 Derogations for recently authorised UCITS.

Revoked from 1 July 2011

The Bank may allow recently authorised UCITS to derogate from Regulations 49, 49A, 50 and 51 for six months following the date of their authorisation, provided they observe the principle of risk-spreading.
