1294. Application of certain other provisions of Part 17 on allotments to a company that passed resolution for re-registration
Sections 1025 to 1033 and 1036, 1037 and 1038 shall apply to a company which has passed and not revoked a resolution that the company be re-registered a PLC as those sections apply to a PLC.
